How much is the delivery fee?

To ensure the most value delivery fee, each product has a specific delivery fee which can be viewed in your Shopping Cart before checkout.

- R950 per order is the maximum cap for all deliveries to main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit and George)

- R250 surcharge is automatically added to all deliveries outside of these main centres.

- R1200 maximum total delivery for order to areas outside of these main centres - including surcharge.

Will you deliver to my area?

We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.

What if I am not home when delivery occurs?

Cielo third party service providers will make a reasonable number of delivery arrangements with customers to ensure that delivery is completed. Should they be unable to deliver after a reasonable number of arrangements, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. We advise customers to see our t’s and c’s for more information.

How can I track my order?

Our distribution office will email tracking details to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. The tracking number may be used to track your parcel directly with the 3rd party courier or with our distribution office. This can be done telephonically or on the relevant websites.

What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

It is important that cartons be checked for visible damages and that the number of cartons/parcels delivers corresponds with the number indicated on the waybill. Please note that the number of items you have ordered may not correspond with the number of cartons as more than one item may be packaged in one carton (e.g. two dining chairs may be packaged in one carton). Should there be any discrepancy or visible damages, this should be clearly indicated on the waybill and be reported to us within 48 hours from receipt of order. We advise you to read our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.

FAQs

What is the grading of cowhides? ›

Grading is mostly about imperfections. The more imperfections in a hide, the lower the grade. Other elements of a hide like its pattern or size can go into grading, but only when it is a sort of outlier (a particularly large or small hide, an incredibly beautiful pattern, etc).

What is grade A leather? ›

What Are Leather Grades? Leather Grades, how they work and what are they for. In most cases the grading system for leather operates on an A to F scale, with A Grade leather being the best quality with no imperfections, and E Grade meaning that it has possibly as much as 40% imperfections in most cases.

What is the difference between Grade A and Grade B leather? ›

Because of these characteristics, leather can be graded as an A, B or C depending on the amount of damage or defects. Leather grade does not affect the quality of the leather; it is simply based on the number of scars, cuts, blemishes, etc.
