The number of employers offering fertility coverage continues to rise every year - but 60% of employees still don’t have access to this important benefit. At CCRM we believe everyone should be #FertilityCovered. And as 66% of employees say that they’re willing to change jobs to secure fertility coverage, we know the demand is there, and will continue to grow. This National Infertility Awareness Week, we want to bring this conversation into the spotlight. We’ve created a #FertilityCovered badge for companies to display on their LinkedIn profiles to signal that they offer fertility benefits. We celebrate those displaying the badge and encourage other companies to reach out if they’d like to participate. We’ve also partnered with Rescripted, the leading global media platform for holistic women’s health, to launch FertilityCovered.com - a resource for people to learn about fertility benefits and find employers who offer coverage. We hope that as support and awareness for this conversation grows, more and more people will have the benefit of being #FertilityCovered.#NIAW2024 #FertilityBenefits #InfertilityAwareness #EmployeeBenefits
