There is plenty of space for the kids to play in the back yard or up front in the quiet cul-de-sac, plus they will love 1/4 Court Basketball area with 10ft goal, playing pool volleyball (supplied), or playing ping pong in the finished basem*nt. The pool deck with two umbrella tables and outdoor BBQ grill are perfect for family birthday parties or reunions. Major highway access is only 5 minutes away and most of the sought after Kansas City attractions such as The Plaza, Legends Racetrack, Arrowhead Stadium & Worlds of Fun theme parks are within a 15-30 minute drive.
