What does The UPS Store do with the consumer's PI it collects? ›

We use the personal information we collect about consumers for the business purposes disclosed within the UPS Privacy Notice.

Option 1: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name and full address (including the suite or apartment number, if applicable) on the ID match the last name and full address on the package. Option 2: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name matches the last name on the package.

A package may be directed to a designated The UPS Store location rather than to the recipient's primary residence or place of business. The recipient can then pick up the package at a time that is convenient.

You can request we hold onto your parcel for you to collect at a UPS location.

If you're unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, UPS may deliver your package to a UPS Access Point^® location near your home, where your package will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar days. After 7 calendar days, your package will be returned to the sender as undeliverable.

If you're using UPS as your shipping carrier, then you'll need to print UPS shipping labels to get your packages on their way.
