Along with former HUD SecretaryBen Carson, U.S. Rep.Byron Donalds is drawing partisan scrutiny for questions about election outcomes of the past and the future.
“After hearing Donald Trump wants an extreme, election-denying vice president, Byron Donalds and Ben Carson jumped at the opportunity, taking to the airwaves and refusing to commit to accepting this November’s results while parroting lies about the 2020 election. Donalds and Carson are shamelessly putting Trump over our democracy, and the list of MAGA minions willing to do the same keeps getting longer. The American people know the stakes of this November’s election, and are ready to once again reject Trump and whichever MAGA Republican he chooses to run on anti-democracy extremism with him,” asserts DNC Rapid Response DirectorAlex Floyd.
Democrats maintain that Donalds’ transgressions include saying to a CNN reporter that his acceptance of this November’s election results is currently “conditional because you want to see the processes of the election go according to law, not according to outside groups and legal cases.”
He also rejected the contention the former President was somehow responsible for the riots of Jan. 6, 2021, when his supporters successfully delayed the certification of the 2020 presidential election.
Donalds previously said he would accept an invitation to beTrump’s running mate.
However, that may be less likely given the former President talked him up for a different office recently.
At a recent New York City fundraiser, Trump suggested Donalds might be a good fit in Tallahassee in two years, saying that if he ran for Governor, he’d have “many friends in the race.”
Polling has been conducted with Donalds’ name.One surveythat omitted Attorney GeneralAshley Moodyand First LadyCasey DeSantisshowed him ahead of other potential candidates, but a poll including anexpanded field of choicesfound him with single digit support.

Pops is $200 in a day good money? That sounds poor to me, especially if it took 15 hours on the clock to get to $200, plus bus fares and time lost to taking the bus three or four times in a day depending on how many jobs it took to get 15 hours in day to yield $200. Seems like a terrible deal to me. I’d rather sock some G0P rep’s cuck for $300. It takes 10 minutes start to finish, with maybe 90 seconds active time.

I was going to say “This isn’t a post about Florida’s District 25” but then I realized you’re addressing IBS who never holds back from commenting entirely off topic for Whatabout purposes.
IBS typically trying to derail the internet from gaining a discussion among adults with different outlooks on the topic of the post which, when IBS derails, is always something the G0P did or said.
Man if I spent that much time whatabouting stuff my party said or did, I might start to wonder if my party is worth my attempts at defending it.

This past week Byron Donalds used conservative media go stage a town hall in Cape Coral where only his base was invited.
Literally no notice via news agencies outside conservative radio, and then their “sister” tv station was the only ones who showed up bc they were the only ones who knew about it lol

MTG’s district ~recently came to include part of one northwest Metro Atlanta county (for voter disenfranchisem*nt purposes), but she won’t go there in person.
She is too scared of brownish suburbanites to set foot in one of the counties in her own district.
Such a tough guy, that MTG.
I bet Trump re-endorses her this week, T-GFCI week.
