Verspringendes, schmalrechteckiges Postament auf vier Füßen, die Uhr getragen von Architrav mit Profilierung und vier Säulen mit Basis und Kapitell aus Messing. Architrav dekoriert mit durchbrochener Messingapplik mit Arabesken, die Sockelzone mit Elfe, flankiert von Füllhörnern floralen Motiven und Vögeln. Geschweifte, reich gestaltete und reliefierte Lünette mit stilisierten floralen Motiven. Messingzifferblatt mit römischen Zahlen und äußerer Minuterie. Französisches Messingplatinenwerk mit Halbstundenschlag auf Glocke und reich gestaltetem Präzisionspendel an Federaufhängung.
