Roslyn is a New SSR DPS simulacra. She was born on April 20in a town called Aesperia Security Bureau. She made first debut on 30th, May 2024, and is ready to explore the world of Tower of Fantasy with her Calm Waves as her main weapon.

This simulacra is a limited-time offer character. In order, to get her you need to spend Red Nucleus on the limited time called Righteous Words.

Roslyn - 2 Piece Set: Increase your frost damage by 14%/ 18%/ 22% /26%. After a target has been unfrozen, the target will lose 0,5% of their HP every seconds for 10 seconds. This set effect works in the off-hand slot, only the set with the highest star rating will take effect.

Roslyn- 4 Piece Set: Increase your final damage by 6% for each frost weapon equipped. After entering the Freezing Cold State, increase your frost attack by 30%/ 36% /42% /48% for 40 seconds. This set effect works in the off-hand slot, only the set with the highest star rating will take effect.

Elemental Type Force Impact (Frost & Volt): When the weapon is fully charged, the next attack applies Force Impact on the enemy for 45 seconds, increasing their frost and volt damage taken by 10% (and an additional 15% in team play). Force Impact replaces the target's grievous status, and targets with Force Impact cannot become grievous. Frost attacks will freeze targets with Force Impact for 2 seconds, and volt attacks will remove the target's buffs. This effect can only trigger 1 time every 15 seconds on the same target.

Elemental Resonance Fusion of Volt and Frost: When the weapon deals damage, the damage is calculated using the highest equipped volt/frost base ATK, the highest equipped volt/frost ATK percentage, and the highest equipped volt/frost damage boost, and the weapon is considered both a volt and frost weapon.

Elemental Frost Resonance: Increase Frost ATK by 20% and Frost resistance by 40%. Activate by equipping 2 or more frost weapons. This set effect works in the off-hand slot. Cannot stack with other frost Resonance or frost Reaction effects, with frost Resonance taking precedence.

Elemental Volt Resonance: Increase Volt ATK by 20% and Volt resistance by 40%. Activate by equipping 2 or more volt weapons. This set effect works in the off-hand slot. Cannot stack with other Volt Resonance or Volt Reaction effects, with Volt Resonance taking precedence.

Frost Blade: Swift Cut:When Calm Waves is equipped, upon landing a hit with any weapon's discharge skill, deal initial damage to nearby targets equal to 600% of frost ATK plus 10% of the Wanderer's Max HP plus 360% of the sum of all the Wanderer's resistance types plus 1200% of crit. While in combat, after every 0.5 seconds, the next Swift Cut damage will be increased by an additional 1 time, up to a maximum of 30 times. When multiple Swift Cut damage exist, the highest initial value is used for calculation. Swift cut damage is counted as discharge skill damage. If there is 1 physical/flame weapon of any kind equipped, Frost Blade damage is increased 2.5 times. In addition, Frost Blade damage is not affected by any damage boost effects except from titan equipment's rare stats, and won't trigger additional attack effects. After Calm Waves is switched to the off-hand slot, inflict a burst of damage to the target. If the enemy is frozen, shatter the enemy's frozen state and inflict additional damage over time on the enemy, lasting for 12 seconds.

Weapon Advancements

• 1★: After releasing Frosty Chain Domian, gain a shield equal to 60% of your max HP for 30 seconds.
• 2★:Increase the current weapon's base ATK growth by 16%.
• 3★: Each time a target under the Cold Attack effect is hit with an attack, deal additional damage equal to 40% of the current attack's power the number of Cold Attack stacks.
• 4★:Increase the current weapon's base ATK growth by 32%.
• 5★: Extend the duration state of frozen enemies to 6 seconds, and increase the attack reduction of frozen enemies' attack power to 10%.
• 6★: After releasing Frosty Chain Domain, ignore 30% of the target's frost resistance, and then increase your final damage by 30% for 40 seconds.

Team Comp Rotation - (All Characters Test in A6)

• Start-Up with Yanuo Fevered Hunt Skill X3 > Follow Up with Yanuo Normal Hit + Back Dash Throw & Fixate.
• Switch to Nan Yin Discharge to Gain Big Shield + Nan Yin Skill
• Then Use Roslyn Discharge + Skill > Follow up with x6 ATK > Dash ATK + Gain Full Discharge
• Switch Back to Nan Yin Discharge + x2 Attack & Hold ATK > Gain other Discharge

Normal Attack

Icy Anchor Strike

While on the ground, use a normal attack to launch 6 consecutive attacks.

• First Attack: Deal damage equal to 4698% of ATK plus 247 and knock the target back.
• Second Attack: Deal damage equal to 3683% of ATK plus 194and knock the target back.
• Third Attack: Deal damage equal to 4774% of ATK plus 251and knock the target back.
• Fourth Attack: Deal damage equal to 7823% of ATK plus 412and knock the target back.
• Fifth Attack: Deal damage equal to 8644% of ATK plus 455and knock the target back.
• Sixth Attack: Deal damage equal to 8684% of ATK plus 457and knock the target back.

Stagnant Flying Anchor

While airborne, use normal attack to launch 6 consecutive attacks in mid-air, consuming endurance.

• First Attack: Deal damage equal to 4698% of ATK plus247.
• Second Attack: Deal damage equal to 3683% of ATK plus194.
• Third Attack: Deal damage equal to 4774% of ATK plus251.
• Fourth Attack: Deal damage equal to 7823% of ATK plus412.

Stagnant North Wind

While on the ground, tap and hold normal attack when using the first to fourth normal attacks to trigger Stagnant North Wind. Swing Calm Waves to unleash a frosty whirlwind, dealing damage equal to 5616% of ATK plus 296 to nearby targets.

Snowstorm Hurricane

While on the ground, tap and hold normal attack to trigger Snowstorm Hurricane. Spin and perform and attack with Calm Waves while consuming endurance, with each hit dealing damage equal to 810% of ATK plus 43 to nearby targets.

Plummeting Anchor

Tap and hold normal attack while airborne (tap when a target is available), or use normal attack while climbing, jumping backward, or using the Jetpack to trigger Plummeting Anchor. Fall from the air, and deal damage to targets equal to 2160% of ATK plus 114 for each hit, and then deal damage equal to 540% of ATK plus 28 to nearby targets after landing.

Dodge

Dodge right before getting hit to trigger Phantasia, reducing the speed of targets within the area. Become immune to hitstun while dodging.

Circling Anchor Dance

Use normal attack during the short perfect dodge window (use a direction button before dodging) to trigger Circling Anchor Dance, dealing damage equal to 3495% of ATK plus 184 to the target in front of you. Landing a hit will shatter frozen enemies, which will deal additional damage equal to 160000% of ATK plus 852 to the target.

Frozen Anchor Meteor

Use normal attack during the short period after dodging to trigger Frozen Anchor Meteor, dealing damage equal to 2598% of ATK plus 137 to the target in front of you. Landing a hit will shatter frozen enemies, which will deal additional damage equal to 16000% of ATK plus 842 to the target.

Skill

Frosty Chain Domain

Throw both ends of Calm Waves to a nearby target, dealing equal to 28919% of ATK plus 1522, with a 30-second cooldown (not affected by any cooldown removing, cooldown resetting, or cooldown altering abilities).

Discharge

Freezing Cold Impact

When weapon charge is full or Phantasia is triggered, upon switching to this weapon, remove all debuffs from the Wanderer and toss Calm Waves in front of you, dealing damage equal to 17100% of ATK plus 900 to nearby targets. During this period, gain damage immunity for 2.6 seconds (unavailable in Apex League).

After using Freezing Cold Impact, enter the Freezing Cold state for 14 seconds, where during this period you will gain hyperbody and all attacks from Calm Waves will now apply the Cold Attack effect. The amount of Cold Attack stacks that are applies will depend on the type of skill used. After a target has received 100 stacks of Cold Attack (the highest amount), the target will become briefly frozen (frozen state) for 4 seconds (afterwards, Cold Attack stacks are reset). When a normal attack imbued with the Cold Attack effect hits a target, restore health equal to 3% of your max HP.

Weapon Upgrade Materials

To upgrade Freeflow level you need Firecore,Acidproof Glaze, Nanofiber Frame. You'll need a higher rarity of these materials when you upgrade your weapon to a higher level.

Character Awakening Traits

Discover Roslyn awakening in Tower of Fantasy points required and trait effects:

• 1200 Points: Trait (Roslyn: Anchored): Increase final damage by 14%.
• 4000 Points: Trait (Roslyn: Link): Increase final damage by 18%. Using Snowstorm Hurricane will no longer consume endurance, after releasing Freezing Cold Impact, increase crit damage by 33% for 40 seconds.
