If the after-sales service of the product is not properly provided to the customers, the existence of the organization is threatened but the surprising thing is that there are very few organizations in Bangladesh that care about customer service.If you notice, you will see how many types of positions the job notices are published on a regular basis. Where various qualifications are required but those organizations are very indifferent about the recruitment of staff for the service.There is very few job advertisem*nt for hiring quality customer service personnel. From my experience, customer service staff are hired through known emploee source. Due to nepotism & without hiring quality staff by giving opportunities to less skilled and less professional people the service quality standard of the organization cannot be maintained. Which creates a direct impact on product sales. So I think more focus should be placed on recruiting quality staff for service like other positions.My personal opinion.
